This website has been structured to raise awareness of health and preventative care to reduce the risk factors that lead to development or progression of illnesses such as arthritis, strokes, heart disease, cancers, diabetes, osteoporosis etc. Minimise your risks to be able to improve and increase control of your general health.
Our programme is consultation-based and educational activity, which has developed at the health promotion teaching in collaboration with general practitioners, physiotherapists, hospital consultants and other health care associates since 1988.
Our aims are consistent with the national objectives within the strategy for health outlined in the Government’s White Paper, which puts emphasis on collaborative work to promote better general health and taking action to prevent illness within our communities.
